Internet Review
This is where you can get a quick Internet Review about whether our office may be able to help you with your injury case. All you have to do is answer some brief questions that will help us evaluate your case quickly. The information is immediately sent to one of our attorneys. If it is after hours, then one of our attorneys is notified, and he will respond to your questions as quickly as possible. Please read through the following agreement and then proceed to the Quick Review Form.

Quick Review Agreement
Before you use the Quick Internet Review service you need to read and agree to the following terms. If after reading, you agree to the terms then click "Agree" and continue on and submit your question. If you do not agree then click "No I do not agree and send me back to the website", and you can continue browsing through our website.

The Quick Internet Review is designed to determine whether Eaton & Powell may be interested in talking with you about your claim and possibly representing you. You agree that you are not receiving legal advice or opinions and that you should not rely on the information you receive through Quick Internet Review in making legal decisions.

Eaton & Powell is not agreeing to represent you or "take your case" at this point. The Quick Internet Review service is designed for us to evaluate whether we want to assist you further. We are not agreeing to undertake your case, file any documents, or represent you in any way. The Quick Internet Review service is for informational purposes only.

We consider the information that you provide to us, privileged and will not divulge it except to evaluate your case. We will not be providing your name or any other contact information to anyone for advertising or any other use.

The Quick Internet Review service is not an in-depth analysis of your case and Eaton & Powell cannot guarantee the results in your case. If Eaton & Powell cannot assist you, then you understand that different attorneys have different opinions and that you should have your case reviewed by other attorneys. You also should remember that there are statute of limitations that govern how long you have to file a lawsuit, and that if you wait too long then you may not be able to make a recovery.
